Each year the LSCB produces an Annual Report and Business Plan and these can be seen below. The LSCB meets quarterly and the Executive of the LSCB meets on a more regular basis to drive forward the work of the LSCB as set down in the strategic priorities.

The LSCB has a duty to undertake a serious case review when a child dies as a result of suspected abuse and there is concern about how agencies worked together.
